• A signed copyright release form must accompany photocopies, reproductions and audio visual materials.
• Materials on reserve, whether library copies or personal copies, will have labels affixed to them.
• Photocopies will be hole punched and placed in folders.
• Materials on loan from other libraries cannot be placed on course reserve.
• Personal copies will be returned to the instructor at the end of each semester.
