Acquisitions Order form: for faculty and staff to request materials for the library collections (see also the acquisitions gift policy).

Archives Inquiry form: for research questions regarding the history of the College.

Cataloging Request form: for expediting materials marked In Process in the online catalog.

Circulation Form: for questions regarding bills and fines, materials for which you have received a request, etc.

Course Reserve Request form: for materials to be placed on "course reserve" or in Blackboard.

Copyright Release form may be required for some course reserve materials.

Instruction Request Form: for scheduling an instruction session for a class.

Interlibrary Loan forms: for requesting books and photocopies from other libraries.

Library Express: a request service for Saint Mary's College students, faculty, staff, and administration. You will an Access Number (provided by interlibrary loan) to access your file.

Periodicals Request form: for issues marked Not Arrived or Bindery in the online catalog, suggesting new periodical titles, or donating gifts (see also the acquisitions gift policy).

Reference Request form: for general research questions.
