Audio
Visual Collection
The
audio visual collection, located on the second floor
of the library, supports the instruction and research
needs of Saint Mary's College
faculty and
students.
It includes DVD's, CDs, videos, audio recordings, spoken-word
recordings, and equipment for viewing and listening.
Most music sound recordings are located in the Music
Seminar Room, 322 Moreau Center for the Arts.
For
small group viewing, a TV DVD/VCR player is available
in group study room 5. In addition,
DVD's
and
CDs may be played on computers throughout the library
using headphones that are available from the Instructional
Technology Resource Center.
To
search for audio visual materials in the online
catalog click on the
"More" tab to select from
the following pre-formatted catalogs: Sound Recordings,
Videorecordings, or the Music Seminar
Room.
If you have any questions on locating audio visual materials,
please ask at the circulation desk.
Audio
visual materials may be checked out by students and staff
for 7 days and by faculty and administrators for 28 days.
