LOCAL STUDENT WINS SCIENCE AWARD

NOTRE DAME, Ind.—Mishawaka resident and 2006 Saint Mary’s College
graduate Lindsey Stillson won the Raymond Cable Award for best
undergraduate presentation at the 58th annual Midwestern Conference of
Parasitologists. The conference was held in June at Winona State
University in Minnesota.

Stillson’s presentation, “The effect of crowding on the intraspecific
variation of ‘Echinostoma caproni’ in ICR mice,” was based on her senior
research paper at Saint Mary’s.
