Box Office: The Box Office is open Monday through Friday,
9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is closed weekends, all federal
holidays, and winter recess. On performance days, the
Box Office is also open 1.5 hours prior to curtain
until 30 minutes after the show begins.
Prices: Discounts are offered to senior citizens age 65 or older and Saint Mary’s
College, University of Notre Dame, and Holy Cross College
faculty, staff, and students with a valid institutional
ID. Discounts are also available for groups of ten or
more. Call the Box Office at (574) 284-4626 for details.
Payment Options: We gladly
accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Checks should be made out to Saint Mary’s College.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Parking
and Shuttles: Complimentary SMC Shuttle Buses
are provided from the Clubhouse and Science parking
lots before and after the performance for selected
performances. Please call the Box Office at (574) 284-4626
or visit MoreauCenter.com to confirm the selected performances.

Lost and Found: Items are
held at the Office of Special Events during performances.
Following the performances, materials may be claimed
at Saint Mary’s Security. Please call (574) 284-5000.
Concessions: Refreshments
are available for select performances prior to the performance
and during intermission for your convenience. Concession
stands
are located in
the foyer. Items purchased at the Auditorium concession
stands may be brought into the seating area for most
events.
Restrooms: Facilities are
located in the first floor and balcony lobbies. An usher
will be happy to direct you to these facilities. The
first floor restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

SPECIAL SERVICES
The Moreau Center for the Arts is wheelchair accessible
from the main entrance. For more information on accessibility,

Wheelchair Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is available in all theatres. Please
call the Box Office at (574) 284-4626 in advance to make
arrangements.
Listening Enhancement System: A wireless headset system is available for all performances
in the Moreau Center for the Arts. Headsets may be used
with or without a hearing aid and are distributed free
of charge at the Box Office.
Accessible Parking: During
events, a limited number of parking spaces are available
directly in front of the building. These spaces are reserved
for vehicles with handicapped permits.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
Emergency
Calls: During performances, emergency calls
can be received at (574) 284-4626. Please leave your
seat location (section, row, and seat number) with
your sitter or call service. Our staff will contact
you immediately.
Facility Emergencies: The
Moreau Center for the Arts is equipped with an emergency
lighting system. If an emergency occurs, please proceed
as directed.
Personal Health Emergencies: A member of Saint Mary’s College Security is on duty
during performances and can be paged by any usher.
Health Aids: A first aid kit
is available. Please contact an usher with any needs.
POLICIES
Late Seating: Due to contractual agreements, latecomers
will be seated only at the discretion of the management.
Children: All patrons of Moreau
Center for the Arts, regardless of age, must have a ticket
for admission, including infants and children.
Cameras, Tape Recorders, Video
Recorders, Cellular Phones, and Book Bags: Due to contractual
agreements and as a courtesy to those around you, use
of electronic equipment is not permitted in the theatre.
Please check all equipment and book bags with the ticket
taker when you enter the theatre.
Smoking: The Moreau Center
for the Arts is a smoke-free building. Receptacles are
located near the entrances for your convenience.
Event Booking: Facilities
at Saint Mary’s College are available to host your special
events, including weddings, parties, performances, meetings,
and lectures. For rental information, contact the assistant
