The last meeting took place on October 27, 2003.

The next meeting will take place on November 24, 2003.

Topics covered:

All committees presented reports. We are still looking for students to design the bulletin board. Any member is welcome to volunteer, so this may be a good chance for mentor pairs to work on an activity together.

T-shirt designs were discussed at the meeting, and the committee is open to member suggestions. The committee had a baseball tee design in mind, but were interested in color options. They will be sold during business week in February, so ideas need to be finalize before semester break. Send suggestions to Staci at yec@saintmarys.edu

The new by-laws will hopefully be finalized by next week or two. A copy will be sent to everyone to review, and we will discuss them at the next meeting.

Elections will take place at the meeting on the 24th. If you would like to nominate yourself (don't be embarrassed to nominate yourself if you'd like the job) or another member please drop off a slip of paper with the name and position of the nominee (CEO, COO, CFO) to Viv in the business department. As of now, all names submitted will appear on the ballot.

If you have not paid your dues ($5) already, please do so at the next meeting. This allows us to have pizza or other food at the meetings.
