From a Mac running Office 2016:

    1. Go to the File menu and select Print.
    2. In the print window that appears, in the Layout: pop-up menu, select Handouts (3 slides per page) or another option that will print at least three slides per page.
      • Note: The Handouts (3 slides per page) option is recommended because it allows you to easily read the slides and provide space for you to add your own comments.
    3. In the Output: pop-up menu, select Black and White.
      • Note: The Black and White option is recommended because it allows your file to print faster and will be easier to read.
    4. Click Print.
    From a Windows computer running Office 2013 or Office 2016:

    1. Click on the File tab and select Print.
    2. In the Settings section of the window, click on the Print All Slides button (assuming you wish to print all slides in the presentation).
    3. Click on the Full Page Slides button.
    4. From the list that appears under Handouts, click on the 3 Slides option.
      • Note: The Handouts - 3 Slides option is recommended because it allows you to easily read the slides and provide space for you to add your own comments.
    5. Click on the Color button and select Pure Black and White.
      • Note: The Pure Black and White option is recommended because it allows your file to print faster and will be easier to read.
    6. Click on the Print button.
