Dental Insurance
Saint Mary's College offers three (3) dental insurance plans to all full-time employees. Upon hire, new employees are eligible to enroll in the plan with a 30-day deadline to enroll. If an employee declines coverage, enrollment can occur only during the annual open enrollment period or in the case of a qualifying event. The dental insurance plan year is the calendar year (January 1 through December 31), with open enrollment in November each year for a January 1 effective date.
