1. Try quitting the web browser you are using and relaunch it.
    2. Try another web browser.
      1. If you are not already using Firefox, you may want to try it. Firefox is installed on most College-owned computers. You can download a copy of Firefox for free at http://www.firefox.com/.
      2. If you use a Mac, we recommend that you also try Apple's Safari (included on all Macs).

      3. If you use a Windows computer, we recommend that you also try Internet Explorer (included on all Windows computers).

      4. We do not recommend the Google Chrome web browser, as it is not compatible with all of our campus systems.

    3. Try restarting your computer.
    4. Clear the Internet cache on your computer.

    To clear the cache in Firefox on a computer running Mac OS X:

    1. Launch Firefox.
    2. Go to the Firefox menu and select Preferences...
    3. Click on the Advanced icon.
    4. Click on the Network tab.
    5. In the Offline Storage section, click "Clear Now" button.
    6. Click OK (if OK button is visible).

    To clear the cache in Firefox on a computer running Windows:

    1. Launch Firefox.
    2. Go to the Tools menu and select Options...
    3. Click on the Advanced icon.
    4. Click on the Network tab.
    5. In the Offline Storage section, click "Clear Now" button.
    6. Click OK (if OK button is visible).

    To clear the cache in Internet Explorer on a computer running Windows:

    1. Launch Internet Explorer.
    2. Go to the Tools menu and select Delete Browsing History...
    3. Make sure that "Preserve Favories website data" is checked.
    4. Make sure that "Temporary Internet Files" is checked.
    5. Select any other options you may want deleted, such as Cookies and History.
    6. Click Delete.

    To clear the cache in Safari on a computer running Mac OS X:

    1. Launch Safari.
    2. Go to the Safari menu and select Empty Cache...
