Zimbra Mail Help

The Zimbra webmail client has a Help feature that is easy to use and answers most common questions about the software.

To access the Help feature:

1. Visit http://webmail.saintmarys.edu and log in.
2. In the upper right corner of the page, click on the word Help.
3. In Help, there will be a list of categories in the left column. If you click on one of the categories listed, the list will expand with a list with more detailed topics.
4. Click on one of the topics you want more information about, and the information will appear on the right side of the web page.
5. Read the information on the topic, and follow any instructions necessary.
