To create a mail list/group in Zimbra:

    1. Visit http://webmail.saintmarys.edu and log in.
    2. There will be several tabs at the top of the page. Click on the Address Book tab.
    3. Near the top of the Address Book page, click and hold the New button until a list of options appears. Select New Contact Group.
    4. In the New Contact Group page that appears, in the Group Name: field, type in the name of the list/group you want to create ("Best Friends").
    5. In the "Email" section, type in all of the e-mail addresses you want to be included in your list, separated by commas or semi-colons (friend1@saintmarys.edu; friend2@saintmarys.edu; friend3@nd.edu; friend4@gmail.com; etc.). They do not all have to be Saint Mary's e-mail addresses.

        You can use the Find feature in the right column to search for addresses within the Saint Mary's community. Names that match your search will listed in the box. Select the names you wish to add to your group and click Add.

    6. Click on the Save button at the top of the page.
    7. When you create a message to send to this group, type in the Group Name of the mail list/group you created. It should bring up the list you created. Select the list (it may already be highlighted) and hit return to send the message to everyone on the list.
