Cross Country - Belles Place Ninth at Sean Earl Invite

 The Saint Mary’s cross country team scored 266 points and placed ninth out of 21 teams on Saturday afternoon at the Sean Earl Invitational hosted by Loyola University.
Leading the way for the Belles was Megan Gray who ran the 5K course in 19:02 in placing ninth overall in the individual race with 286 runners.

Cross Country - Belles Post School Best Finish

 The Saint Mary’s cross country notched a fourth place finish at the MIAA Jamboree on Saturday morning hosted by Tri-State University at the Zoller Golf Course. Calvin won the event with a perfect score 15.
Since beginning competition in the MIAA during the 1999 season, the Belles have never finished higher than fifth at the Jamboree until this mornings race.

Cross Country - Belles Finish 7th at Aquinas

In their second meet of the season the Saint Mary’s cross country team finished seventh out of nine teams at the Aquinas Invitational Friday evening. Grand Valley State won the event.
Megan Gray took top honors for the Belles running the 5K course in 20:09 finishing 36th overall.

Cross Country - Saint Mary's Wins at Tri-State

In the first cross country meet of the season for all three teams involved, the Belles posted victory over Grace College and Tri-State in claiming the Tri-State Invitational.

Cross Country - Bauters Competing in Boston Marathon

Saint Mary’s head cross country coach Jackie Bauters will run in the 111th Boston Marathon on Monday, April 16 at 10 a.m.
The Boston Marathon is New England's most widely viewed sporting event. It attracts around 40,000 participants and about 500,000 spectators annually. In 2006 more than 1,100 media members from over 250 outlets are expected to receive media credentials.
