From a Macintosh computer running Office 2004:

    1. Go to the File menu and select Print.
    2. In the print window that appears, click on the Copies and Pages pop-up menu and select Microsoft PowerPoint.
    3. In the Print What: field, select Handouts (3 slides per page) or another option that will print at least three slides per page.
    4. On the Output: field, select Black and White.
    5. Click Print.
    From a Windows computer running Office 2007:

    1. Click on the Office Button and select Print.
    2. In the Print What: field, select Handouts.
    3. In the Handouts box, in the Slides per page: field, select 3, 4, 6, or 9.
    4. In the Color/grayscale: field, select Pure Black and White.
    5. Click OK.
