How do I print multiple slides per page in PowerPoint?
From a Macintosh computer running Office 2004:
Go to the
File
menu and select
Print
.
In the print window that appears, click on the
Copies and Pages
pop-up menu and select
Microsoft PowerPoint
.
In the
Print What:
field, select
Handouts (3 slides per page)
or another option that will print at least three slides per page.
On the
Output:
field, select
Black and White
.
Click
Print
.
From a Windows computer running Office 2007:
Click on the
Office Button
and select
Print
.
In the
Print What:
field, select
Handouts
.
In the
Handouts
box, in the
Slides per page:
field, select 3, 4, 6, or 9.
In the
Color/grayscale:
field, select
Pure Black and White
.
Click
OK
.
