What is "Print Preview" and how can I use it to reduce the amount I am printing?
Almost all applications have a Print Preview feature. This feature allows you to see exactly how your pages will look when they are printed. You can save paper right up until the final print by using this function because you can see exatctly how your document will look as printed - including any extra blank pages. Print Preview is easy to use - and in most applications - you can print directly from Print Preview.
