How do I print double-sided on the Xerox printer in Trumper?
From a Macintosh computer running Mac OS X version 10.4:
Go to the File menu and select Print.
In the print window that appears, make sure that the Printer: pop-up menu is set to Trumper Xerox. If it is set to another printer, click on the pop-up
menu and select Trumper Xerox from the list.
Click on the Copies and Pages pop-up menu and select Layout.
Click on the button next to "Long-edged binding" or "Short-edged binding."
(You probably want to choose the "Long-edged binding" option.)
Click Print.
From a computer running Windows XP, using Word, Powerpoint, Excel,
or similar applications:
Click on the Office Button and select Print.
In the print window that appears, make sure that in the Name window Trumper Xerox Printer is selected. If another printer is selected, choose Trumper Xerox Printer from the list. (You may need to scroll to the left or right to see the printer listed.)
Click on the Properties button in that window.
Click on the Paper/Output tab in that window (it may already be selected).
In the right column, click on the pop-up menu under the 2 Sided Print heading to select 2 Sided Print.
Click OK.
Click OK to print.
From a computer running Windows XP, using Internet Explorer or
similar applications:
Go to the File menu and select Print.
In the print window that appears, make sure that in the Select Printer box
Trumper Xerox Printer is selected. If
another printer is highlighted, click on Trumper Xerox Printer to select it.
Click on the Preferences button in that window.
Click on the Paper/Output tab in that window (it may already be selected).
In the right column, click on the pop-up menu under the 2 Sided Print heading to select 2 Sided Print.
