PLEASE NOTE: The Trumper Xerox cannot staple documents longer than 40 pages. Attempting to do so will only result in breaking the stapling function on the printer.

    To manually staple a document:

    1. Press and release the button on the top of the Finisher (the area where the printouts come out).
    2. The green light will illuminate, if the light is flashing the stapler is unavailable.
    3. The Output Tray will lower to provide access to the stapler. You can use the guide on left side to line up your document with the stapler.
    4. Slide the documents into the printer (it will almost seem as if you're trying to stick your paper back into the printer) until you hear the click of the staple being inserted to the front left corner of the documents.
