The Office of International and Intercultural Learning has had the pleasure to talk with numerous alumnae who were distinctly shaped by their study abroad experience while at Saint Mary’s. Our study abroad program, particularly Rome, Ireland and Semester Around the World, have each endured for over 25 years, creating a tradition of intercultural exploration and international travel. The legacy of interpersonal growth, intercultural awareness, and professional leadership that has sprung forth among current generations of Saint Mary’s study abroad participants is remarkable.
