Special Topics: "Namings of God in Contemporary Religious Thought"

Through critical reflection and discussion on several contemporary Christian thinkers we will come to a fuller understanding of various namings or conceptions of the divine and how they are shaped. The course will also examine a few namings of God in literature and popular culture. One goal of the course is to enrich and challenge our own namings of the divine.
