One should assume that what is listed is the Original Broadway cast, unless otherwise noted. I have used the following abbreviations:
OLC: Original London Cast
LC: London Cast
OOBC: Original Off-Broadway Cast
SC: Studio Cast
OCC: Original Canadian Cast
CC: Canadian Cast
OAC: Original Australian Cast
comp.: A compilation of earlier recordings of more than one show
coll.: A collection of new recordings of music from more than one show
I also added a few cast/conductor/label notes when I thought it was helpful for identification of the exact version of the show being reviewed. Any misspellings or typographical errors are probably my fault. Let me know if you catch one.
