Our classes meet in Regina.  Everyday is a good day.  We leave our cares at the doorway and smile for 50 minutes while we learn to communicate and understand this beautiful and musical language.

Made in Italy

     Armani, Valentino, Versace, Krizia, Gucci, Fendi. Questi sono alcuni dei
nomi che definiscono la moda. Ormai la moda italiana è internazionale, ed è
una delle industrie più importanti del Paese. Dal design di un abito di un grande
stilista alla produzione dei tessuti preziosi come la seta, c'è tutta l'arte
italiana in un abito Made in Italy!
     Ogni anno ci sono le sfilate per le diverse stagioni a Milano, Firenze e
Roma. I compratori di tutto il mondo vengono ad ammirare le collezioni degli
stilisti italiani e così importano la moda italiana nei propri paesi. Ma per
farsi un'idea dell'ultima moda, non è necessario assistere alle sfilate: basta
guardare una delle tante riviste di moda come "Amica," "Grazia" o "Vogue
Italia," oppure camminare per le vie del centro delle grandi città e guardare le
vetrine. A Milano, la capitale della moda, le vie dello shopping di lusso si
chiamano Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga e Via del Gesù.
     Ogni stilista mantiene nelle proprie creazioni quella nota personale che
vale come una firma: così gli abiti di Valentino si distinguono per la
semplicità e l'eleganza delle loro linee; le giacche di Armani per il taglio
moderno ma elegante; Dolce e Gabbana, Moschino e Romeo Gigli sono conosciuti
invece per i loro abiti trasgressivi e provocatori che piacciono soprattutto
ai giovani. Gianni Versace ama le tinte forti e audaci combinazioni di colore;
Gianfranco Ferrè disegna abiti come opere architettoniche che rivelano i suoi
studi di architettura. Missoni, Laura Biagiotti e Krizia trasformano la maglia
di lana in capolavori. Per una moda giovane e sportiva, Benetton è popolare;
l'approccio alla moda è rilassato.
     Gli accessori costituiscono un altro forte componente della moda Made in
Italy: chi non conosce i nomi di Gucci e Ferragamo, famosi per le loro scarpe,
stivali, foulard e cinture?  Le industrie della bigiotteria e della
gioielleria sono importantissime in Italia e spesso riflettono l'ultima moda e il gusto
raffinato in questi campi.
     L'Italia è la capitale della moda, e come tale produce non solo i capi
dei grandi stilisti ma anche il tessuto: la lana e la seta sono due delle stoffe
pregiate che vengono prodotte in Italia. L'industria tessile è sviluppata
soprattutto in Piemonte e in Lombardia.
     Cerca nel tuo guardaroba: ti sei lasciato conquistare dalla moda
italiana?
