Browser Compatibility Notes

These tutorials have been tested on PC's using Windows XP and Windows 2000 with Netscape, Mozilla, FireFox, Explorer, and Opera.

They have been written on a Mac. Those tutorials using the Jmol applet require LiveConnect. For Safari and Shiira, you need OS 10.3.5 and Java 1.4.2, update 2. The latest versions of Netscape, Mozilla, Camino, Firefox , and OmniWeb will work if the java embedding plugin from http://javaplugin.sourceforge.net is installed. Opera still has problems with the applet.
