Contact ResNet

To request assistance for a problem with your computer on ResNet, or with a computer in a ResNet Computer Cluster during the academic year:

    • Complete a ResNet Problem Report Form. This form is the quickest way to contact a Residential Computer Consultant for assistance, and it is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
    • Visit the ResNet Office in 102 Haggar College Center for ResNet assistance. The ResNet Office is staffed by Residential Computer Consultants (RCCs). The hours for the ResNet Office are posted on the main ResNet webpage - http://www.saintmarys.edu/resnet.
    • Call the ResNet Helpline at x5319. The ResNet Helpline will be staffed when the ResNet Office is open.
    • You can also contact ResNet at resnet@saintmarys.edu, but we strongly recommend that you refer to the ResNet FAQ first.
    • Visit the Student Computing Support chatroom linked from the Saint Mary's @ Home website. The Student Computing Support chatroom will be staffed with RCCs when the ResNet Office is open.

To apply for a student job with ResNet or the Computer Clusters in 2007/2008, please fill out the online application form (when available). Note that positions are available only to current or incoming Saint Mary's students.

For general questions about ResNet (including questions from incoming students), please contact Kathy Hausmann by calling 574-284-5329 or e-mailing her at kathy@saintmarys.edu.
