To clear the cache in Internet Explorer on a computer running Windows XP:

    1. Launch Internet Explorer.
    2. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options. The Internet Options window that appears should open to the General tab.
    3. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button. This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache.
    4. If prompted, click OK. The process may take a minute.
    5. Click Apply.
    6. Click OK.

    To clear the cache in Firefox on a computer running Windows XP:

    1. Launch Firefox.
    2. Go to the Tools menu and select Options.
    3. Click on the Privacy icon.
    4. View the "Cache" tab.
    5. Click on Clear Cache Now button.
    6. Click OK.

    To clear the cache in Firefox on a computer running Mac OS X:

    1. Launch Firefox.
    2. Go to the Firefox menu and select Preferences.
    3. Click on the Privacy icon.
    4. View the "Cache" tab and click on Clear Cache Now (or Clear) button.
    5. Click OK (if OK button is visible).

    To clear the cache in Safari on a computer running Mac OS X:

    1. Launch Safari.
    2. Go to the Safari menu and select Empty Cache.
