To create a mail list/group in ZMail Zimbra:

    1. Visit https://webmail.saintmarys.edu and log in.
    2. Under "Zimbra" there are several tabs. Click on the Address Book tab to view your address book.
    3. Near the top of the Address Book page, click on the New button to create a new contact.
    4. In the New Contact page that appears, in the Last Name: field, type in the name of the list/group you want to create ("Best Friends").
    5. In the "Email" section, type in all of the e-mail addresses you want to be included in your list, separated by semi-colons (friend1@saintmarys.edu; friend2@saintmarys.edu; friend3@nd.edu; friend4@mac.com; etc.). They do not all have to be Saint Mary's e-mail addresses.

      Even though there are boxes that say "Email, Email 2, Email 3," disregard those and list multiple e-mail addresses in the first box.

    6. Click on the Save button at the top of the page.
    7. When you create a message to send to this group, type in the name of the mail list/group you created in the "To:" box. It should bring up the list you created. Select the list (it may already be highlighted) and hit return to send the message to everyone on the list.
