Issue: Authority and representation for decision-making

Explore appropriate Enrollment Management Model, including reporting
line and authority.
Action:
Identify composition of EM team including: admission, financial
aid, residence life, multicultural affairs, faculty and student
representatives, institutional research, registrar and athletics.
Action:
Assess role of Admission & Scholarship Committee.
Issue: Environmental Scanning
Action:
Collect and analyze available data regarding enrollment of new
students, attitudes of current students and alumnae.
Action:
Integrate assessment research (SAIL) data with data collected from
enrollment trends.
Action:
Consider new and appropriate academic programs to meet the needs
of prospective and currently enrolled students.
Action:
Analyze college pricing and affordability.
Issue: Strategic integrated marketing
Action:
Integrate benchmarks to develop and implement an institution-wide
strategic marketing plan.
Action:
Integrate the strategic marketing plan into the Enrollment Plan.
II. Achieve Optimum Enrollment
Issue: Define optimum enrollment

Determine appropriate enrollment goals.
Issue: Recruit and enroll qualified students.
