Welcome to the home page for the Saint Mary's College Strategic Plan.

The Strategic Plan is a process to examine the current state of the College and how we might further improve the quality of education at Saint Mary's College. In the Plan, we resolved to:

• Educate women to make a difference in a complex world
  
• Cultivate leadership and enhance communication
  
• Recruit, retain and graduate a vital and diverse student body
  
• Develop and focus resources at the College.

These four areas organize the initiatives of the Plan.

Individuals interested in exploring the background of the Strategic Plan, including various historical documents, should click on History.
