In today's highly competitive educational environment, college enrollment levels can not be taken for granted. Attracting and retaining students requires the sustained, systematic, and appropriate use of the College's resources. The enrollment management model extends beyond new student recruitment strategies and financial aid funding. It also includes student support services and curriculum development that affect student persistence and outcomes. Accepting the premise that enrollment management is essential for the College to move in a positive direction, it is integral to our strategic planning process. We recognize the strategic importance that enrollment management plays not only in determining the College's financial stability but also in shaping the image and character of the College.

Strategic Initiative 1: Promote a learning environment that fosters an integrated development of each student's intellectual, spiritual, emotional, social, and physical life.
