To attain the goals of the strategic plan, we must align our resources with our vision, mission and core values. We must develop and focus the resources of the college to advance our educational mission: dedicated and motivated staff and faculty, a physical environment conducive to effective learning, technology necessary to enhance learning, and financial and human resources to support our strategic initiatives.
We must be clear about our priorities, evaluate performance against those priorities and use that evaluation to ensure a sustained focus on our vision, mission, and values.
