Policies have been proposed and submitted to the Administrative Council. The following reviews have been conducted: 1) assessment of existing computing resources across campus; 2) review of software licensing agreements; 3) review and/or change of existing vendors for equipment, software, and maintenance services; and 4) “costing” of the current IT operation and projections for future expansion/development of technology capabilities and infrastructure
