The guidelines for constitution of the task force:

Core members:

Dean of Faculty and Vice President
Chair of the Executive Committee of the Faculty Assembly
A previous member of the ad hoc committee on governance study
Two presidential appointees, one from administration and one from hourly staff

Guidelines:

There should be representation from each division of the College: Academic Affairs, Mission, Finance & Administration, College Relations, and Student Affairs.

There should be an equal representation of faculty and administration/staff.
