Task Forces for
Strategic Plan Implementation

Parts of the strategic plan call call for study of existing areas and procedures in the College. Others anticipate planning that cuts across existing structural divisions. The Advisory Committee has identified the need for the task forces listed below, and these task forces are being formed; the membership and charge to each is described on the appropriate page (which can be reached through the link below).On each Task Force's page you will also find links to the Coordinated Sequences of Events(timelines) for the Actions within its responsibility. Note that these Task Forces do not have "legislative" power, but must make recommendations to the appropriate bodies within the existing governance structure of the College.

The Advisory Committee has identified a core membership - drawn from standing committees and offices of the College and the Faculty Assembly - for each task force and set out guidelines for the expansion of the task force (by the action of the core membership). The membership lists will be updated as the task forces are completed.

Each task force is expected to submit (to the Advisory Committee) a progress report, suitable for posting on this site, twice a year.
