Posting Jobs and Internships

Employers are encouraged to post their open positions with our office throughout the year. Positions will be posted on our Go BELLES site and often emailed to students. Positions requiring degrees or experience will be sent to the respective departments and mass-emailed to students, faculty, and alumnae in our database.

The CCO utilizes Experience Recruiting software which we refer to as the Go BELLES system. It is similar to other recruiting software that other universities and colleges may use. To set up an account with Go BELLES, follow these directions:

  1. Open the website using this link http://saintmarys.experience.com or click on the Go BELLES button to the left.
  2. Click on “Employers Log In Here” on the right hand side of the page
  3. If you do not have an account with us, choose “Create an Account”
  4. Enter an email address and password you would like to use to manage your accounts
  5. Follow the instructions to complete your profile (our office will need to approve your account information)
  6. Begin uploading jobs and internships to the site!

To upload a job or internship, choose “Create New Job” under the “Jobs” section. Also, be sure to choose whether you will have an interview schedule or not. Most employers do not set-up interview schedules through this system as they have their own processes set up through their company.  Unless you have already scheduled an on-campus interview with our office, please DO NOT select this as an option!

In addition, pay particular attention to the application method. You can choose to retrieve applications through the eRecruiting system which is the default setting. However, if you prefer to have the students email, mail, or fax their résumés and cover letters, this is also an option.
