As a senior (2015): Finished in the top five for the team in each of the six races competed in during the year... posted consecutive 6k personal record times at Wisconsin-Oshkosh (23:53.50) and the MIAA Championship (23:53.3)... was the team's second finisher at the NCAA Regional... ran only 5k of the season in 20:05.2 at the Calvin Invitational... team captain

As a junior (2014): Competed in each race of the season... was a top-five finisher for the team in five races... turned in a 20:21.5 5k time at the Calvin Invitational... had a season-best 6k time at the NCAA Regional with a 24:23.6

As a sophomore (2013): Raced in six of the seven events of the year... finished in the top five for the team in five races... ran a 5k personal record time of 19:39.8 at the Calvin Invitational... had back-to-back personal record 6k times at the Manchester Invitational (24:13.5) and MIAA Championship (24:03.0)

As a freshman (2012): Ran in each of the team's races throughout the season... finished in the top five on four occasions for the team... had a seaon-best 5k time of 20:52.2 at the Calvin Invitational... ran a season-best 6k of 24:29 at the MIAA Championship... was one of seven members of the team to race at the NCAA Regional

High School Honors and Activities: Two-year captain… MVP… all-conference… recipient of the James Gardiner Award for being recognized by coaches and teachers as a passionate and dedicated team player on the field of competition and in the classroom… National Honor Society… graduated cum laude

About Allie: Volunteered as a Sunday School teacher and peer minister as well as at a domestic crisis center… member of church youth group... team SAAC representative... involved with CAT Pen Pal program... serves as the student trustee on the College's Board of Trustees
