- Be an honorably discharged veteran or the spouse of a disabled veteran
- Be a high school graduate or have a GED
- Have a grade point average of at least 2.5
$500 scholarship to African American and Hispanic students from single-mother homes who are committed to pursuing a quality education and who have a demonstrated ability for overcoming adversity and challenges related to their backgrounds. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 and have financial need.
Two $5,000 scholarships (one to an undergraduate student and one to a graduate student) to women living in Indiana with plans to remain in Indiana after graduation.
Must be residents of Indiana and majoring in on of the following: finance, law, government accounting, public policy, public management or any other closely related field.
