MARSHALL, Mich. - The #13 Saint Mary's College golf team took the first MIAA Jamboree of the season on Thursday with a 317 at the Medalist Golf Club.
The Belles won the first of the four conference jamborees by 15 strokes over defending MIAA champion Olivet. The 317 by the Belles was also a school record for the lowest 18 hole MIAA round as it was one of the best performances at the Medalist GC.

The rest of the Belles all had impressive outings. Perri Hamma had the best round of her golfing career on Thursday when she shot a 79. The sub-80 round for the senior gave her a third place finish.
Mary Kate Boyce and Rosie O'Connor, meanwhile, played a big part of the Belles impressive finish. The pair both shot rounds of 81 to finish in a tie for fourth place. Natalie Matuszak rounded out the top five golfers for the Belles with a 97.
The Belles have their next MIAA Jamboree outing next Wednesday as they travel to Hope College's home course of Macatawa Legends Country Club.
