Belles Finish Third at Ravines Golf Club
- The Belles finished third with a 335 behind Hope (322) and Olivet (323).

SAUGATUCK, Mich. - The Saint Mary's golf team posted a 335 to finish in third place at the MIAA Jamboree hosted by Hope at the Ravines Golf Club on Tuesday.
Hope claimed first place with a team score of 322 while Olivet placed second with a 323. Hope's Megan Klintworth was the medalist of the event with a three-over par 75.
Taylor Kehoe paced the Saint Mary's efforts on the day with a 77 to finish in second place overall. She had three birdies and seven pars. Courtney Carlson also finished in the top ten as the senior shot an 81 to tie for sixth place among competitors. She had seven pars and a birdie in her round.
Julia McAlindon turned in a round of 86 to finish tied for 15th, and Ali Mahoney rounded out the team score with a 91 to finish tied for 25th. Lauren Read also shot a 91 for a share of 25th place. Kaitlyn Gray competed as an individual for the Belles and shot an 89 to tie for 22nd place overall.
Through the first three 18-hole rounds of conference play, the Belles sit in second place in MIAA standings with a cumulative score of 987 and trail Hope (963) by 24 strokes. The league members compete in the fourth 18-hole round of the season on Saturday when they travel to Alma's home course of Pine River Country Club for a 1:00 p.m. shotgun start.
