Team Updates

            Basketball Lost – End of Season – Anna Kamarath – Leading Rebounder at SMC
            Tennis Won against Olivet – Plays North Central Sunday
            Softball – Heading to Fort Meyers for SB – plays ten games
            Golf – North Carolina – play Methodist and Olivet

Sister Team Updates
Cross Country went to tennis match last week – goodie bags & sign

Community Service Update
Tennis & Golf did walk for Saint Margaret’s House last weekend. Record people attended          

Spring Event at the Convent
            March 21st, 2-4; golf excused
            We are doing crafts with the nuns
            Look through supply boxes and see what can do. Saving Money.
            Figure out what you need by next meeting.

MIAA Retreat
Bad reviews in general from those in attendance.
Man who talked about refereeing was good.
Not prepared well.

Uganda Letters
Team letters to upper school kids, remember to take team picture.

            All School Formal this weekend
            All School survey sent to students in future – about campus life

BOG Update

Next Meeting: March 19 in Science 132 (Last 2 meetings: April 9 and 23)

Senior Awards Banquet
April 18th, 6-8 – RSVP’s needed
            Help your coaches – get responses from team early
            Senior Award – all seniors vote for a s special award given to anybody we vote on           
            (send out letter to seniors and handle voting)

Athlete of the Week Lunch
April 28th, 11:30 – 1
            Bring someone who has helped you in your program – not coach

Tennis @ North Central on Sunday
Tennis, Golf, and Softball leave in one week for Spring Break Trips

Reminder to go to Jeff’s class for not in sport athletes
            NCAA - D1, 2, & 3
-          Raise money for Haitian Relief Fund
-          Want to raise $300,000 by next December
            $100, 000 from each division
-          Start raising money for this right away next fall
