Students in action

Passion and action. That’s a powerful combination, and it’s the perfect expression of how students at Saint Mary’s approach their learning experience. We are a community dedicated to bringing our knowledge and talents to life every day through meaningful action.

Through our Office for Civic and Social Engagement, you’ll find boundless opportunities to serve others in the form of tutoring, raising money for children’s hospitals, building and renovating homes, blood drives, food drives, and volunteering with local agencies.

With more than 70 student-led organizations at Saint Mary’s, you’ll be able to develop crucial leadership skills while exploring interests that cover everything from politics, to academics, to athletics, to the arts, to cultural diversity, and virtually everything in between.

Our students live their spirit and strengthen their faith every day through the offerings of Campus Ministry, which coordinates events and programs including Bible studies, Mass, forums, retreats, reflections, and small faith groups.

The Arts
The Moreau Center for the Arts provides an exceptional venue for our students studying art, dance, theatre, and music as they bring their talents, passions, and abilities to life through a variety of student-led productions and performances throughout the year.

Whether you’re competing on one of our eight varsity athletic teams or with friends as part of an intramural program, you’ll develop lifelong friendships and share in the spirit of teamwork and good sportsmanship.
