The Facilities Department is responsible for handling office telephone issues on campus.
When you experience a telephone issue, the first step is to send an email to email@example.com with the following information included:
- Your name
- Phone number associated with problem
- Location - include building name and specific room number where phone can be found
- State the problem. Please be specific (i.e. no dial tone, etc).
- Phone number in your department or area where you can be reached
Becky will respond to your email and establish workable and timely solutions to your telephone problems. Your written communication will be loaded into their work order system to track its repair response and history.

Security and 911
Any call made to 911 on campus from a college stationed phone, such as an office or a hall phone, will register with the security on campus and the local 911 services. For campus security call extension 5000. To report harassing phone calls, call security at extension 5000.
