Tennessee Williams' lyrical and haunting tale of a family fighting for survival in Depression-era St.Louis. Glass premiered in Chicago in 1944 before moving to Broadway where it won the New York Drama Critics Circle Award in 1945 and sealed the deal that Tennessee Williams would become on of America's most prestigious and often produced playwrights to date.
