The ResNet Office and the ResNet Helpline is staffed by Residential Computer Consultants (RCCs) during the academic year.

The ResNet Office is located in 102 Haggar College Center. The ResNet Helpline is (574) 284-5319. The ResNet Helpline is staffed when the ResNet Office is open.

RCCs also staff the Student Computing Support chatroom linked from the Saint Mary's @ Home website when the ResNet Office is open.

The ResNet Office schedule for the current semester is posted on the ResNet website at http://www.saintmarys.edu/resnet.

RCCs are Saint Mary's students, and they also enjoy academic breaks. The ResNet Office is not open during fall and spring breaks, midsemester and summer vacations, and other times during the academic year when classes are not in session. With the exception of Orientation Weekend, the ResNet Office is closed on Saturdays.

Please be patient if you are calling the ResNet Helpine during Orientation Weekend in August or during the first week of classes. We receive an overwhelming amount of calls during that time. If you repeatedly call and do not speak to us, please continue to try calling or simply visit the ResNet Office.
