We will empower our undergraduate students by connecting the liberal arts and the professions through robust curriculum-to-career preparation and accelerated pathways to graduate education. We will expand professional preparation for our graduate students. We will also continue to engage pre-college girls and to connect our alumnae—for a wide array of career opportunities and community leadership.

Strengthen Avenues from Classroom to Career
A Saint Mary’s education must prepare women for a wide array of career opportunities and community leadership at all stages of life. This requires investments to:
- Provide a range of scholarships to promote access and enrich the student experience
- Expand the Center for Integrated Healthcare Education to serve high-demand health fields in a state-of-the-art facility
- Create a robust array of experiential learning opportunities for students, including internships and externships, student/faculty research and study abroad
- Endow the career office to support students and alumnae across their professional lives
- Launch entrepreneurship and business development in our new innovation space, the SPARK Lab
