Dance Marathon is a few months away (Saturday, March 23), but the Saint Mary’s Dance Marathon team is hard at work. Riley Hospital for Children, located in Indianapolis, treats sick children from all over the state, including the South Bend area. Since Saint Mary’s students began the Dance Marathon in 2006, they have raised more than $460,000 for the General Benefit Fund at Riley, which supports the areas of the hospital that have the greatest need.
Riley Family Dinner: Saint Mary’s College Dance Marathon students will host a dinner for families whose children have been treated at Riley Hospital. The “Riley Family Dinner” will take place at Saint Mary’s in the Noble Family Dining Hall from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, November 30. The dinner provides the opportunity for Saint Mary’s students to meet families who have been directly affected by Riley Hospital. The dinner is free for Riley families, but space is limited and families must RSVP by emailing dmarathn@saintmarys.edu by Tuesday, November 27. Click for a campus map.
