Confidentiality of User Records
In accordance with the American Library Association's Code of Ethics, it is the policy of the Cushwa-Leighton Library to protect each Library user's right to privacy and confidentiality with respect to information sought or received and resources consulted, borrowed, acquired, or transmitted. Accordingly, the Library will not disclose such information except in accordance with proper judicial order and with permission of the designated administrative officer(s) of the College.

The Cushwa-Leighton Library does not share personal information of anyone visiting this Web site. The Library catalog uses cookies during catalog search sessions.
