Please join members of the Saint Mary’s College Women's Choir, the Church of Our Lady of Loretto Choir, and the Campus Ministry Chapel Choir in a joyous celebration of the Advent season. Prayers and readings will be offered by Katie Conboy, president of the College, Sister Veronique, president of the Sisters of the Holy Cross, and others as we invite you to meditate on the meaning of Advent.

The format of this event is similar to our traditional celebration of Lessons and Carols. Music, prayer, and readings will provide an atmosphere of reflection and anticipation during a season that calls us, paradoxically, to the joyful anticipation of the coming of Christ and the faithful proclamation that he is making his home among us. These are spiritual ideas that have become more and more important during these challenging times for our community and world.

Using videography of sacred spaces on campus, this virtual event is offered to bring our celebration of Advent into the homes of the Saint Mary’s community that is spread throughout the world during this holy season.
