Saint Mary's College offers a primarily online Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program, open to both men and women. Build on your baccalaureate education with a degree that will allow you to direct the future of your profession. Blending Saint Mary's student-centered approach with a unique curriculum that includes courses on data analytics and social entrepreneurship, you'll emerge ready to devise solutions to unmet healthcare needs - and lead meaningful change in a complex system.

With just 2-3 classes per term, the curriculum is designed to allow you to work and complete your course assignments just about anywhere, with the support of the Saint Mary's community. Our DNP program offers three dynamic tracks:

  • Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP)
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Regardless of track, at the program’s conclusion, you will be eligible for licensure as a nurse practitioner. Thanks to the program's emphasis on social entrepreneurship, you'll emerge from this program ready to make a difference in patients' lives — whether you're stepping into a position of leadership, operating within a current healthcare setting, or running your own clinic.
