The Athletics Department at Saint Mary’s College is pleased to announce promotional activities in coordination with National Girls and Women in Sports Day (NGWSD) on Friday, February 2 at the newly renovated and expanded Angela Athletic & Wellness Complex.

National Girls and Women in Sports Day is celebrated annually around the country to commemorate the achievements of girls and women in athletics. The initiative also aims to promote the continued expansion of opportunities for girls and women to play sports and live physically active lives. The Department of Athletics, through the assistance of an NCAA grant, is pleased to sponsor the fourth annual free sports clinic for up to 100 girls ages 6-12. The clinic will offer exposure to a variety of sports. Girls participating in the clinic will be coached by Saint Mary's College varsity athletes and coaches.

Check in is at 5:30 p.m. inside the north entrance of Angela Athletic & Wellness Complex on Saint Mary’s campus. The clinic runs from 6:00-8:00 p.m. followed by an autograph session with Saint Mary's student-athletes after the clinic's conclusion. Parking is available in the adjacent Angela parking lot.
