Joel Ralston, assistant professor of biology at Saint Mary’s College has been named the recipient of the Blackboard Catalyst Award for Teaching and Learning, which honors those who have adopted flexible, distance, and online delivery, including using mobile technologies to positively impact the educational experience.

Duncan Named MIAA Sheila Wallace Kovalchik Female Scholar-Athlete
FREELAND, Mich. - Recent Saint Mary's College graduate Makenzie Duncan was named the recipient of the 2018 Sheila Wallace Kovalchik Scholar-Athlete Award as the top female senior scholar-athlete by the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) on Monday.

Saint Mary’s College and Colfax Campus Gallery to host work by late ...
A special exhibition by the late artist and longtime Saint Mary’s College professor Bill Sandusky will be presented at the Colfax Campus Gallery. The exhibition opening takes place Friday, June 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Colfax Cultural Center, 914 Lincoln Way West. The theme of the exhibition, which runs through June 15, is “Celebrating Bill, His Lifelong Work.”

Vital Worship Grant Awarded to Campus Ministry
The Calvin Institute of Christian Worship (CICW) has awarded Regina Wilson, director of campus ministry at Saint Mary’s College, one of 44 Vital Worship Grants projects. The grant will fund a year-long project beginning in June 2018 that promotes worship and faith formation.
