Strategic Plan

Strategic Innovation at Saint Mary’s College

Saint Mary’s strategic planning is an ongoing collaborative process that continuously examines and responds to the College’s changing needs. We will succeed in strategic planning by being accountable, always putting the future of the institution first, offering programs and services at the greatest value to students, with clear and transparent indications of how the College is using its resources; by being innovative, delivering better programs and services more efficiently through creative approaches to College operations, questioning habit and using evidence to continually improve; and by being mission driven, socially responsible and making a difference in the world.

The 2017 strategic planning process at Saint Mary’s will involve an open call for innovative ideas and the development of implementable, fundable proposals by collaborative teams.
