An experienced educator, researcher, and administrator, Dr. Webb possesses an interdisciplinary background in nursing and higher education with competencies in women’s leadership, social justice, and strengths-based student success. Dr. Webb is committed to engaging students by incorporating evidence-based teaching, experiential learning, and technology into the learning experience. Committed to fostering undergraduate student research, Dr. Webb’s scholarship is focused on topics related to leadership, person-centered care, quality and safety, and issues related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. A native of Fortaleza, Brazil, Dr. Webb speaks fluent Portuguese and Spanish.
